Register your team for free, no credit card required. After logging in you create your first event and add the modules you need — from invitation to check-in. Two team members are free forever.
Creating events
An event has a title, a date and a use case: a full event with online registration, or pure check-in for externally sold tickets. Every new event automatically gets a default ticket so check-in and badge printing work right away. The guided assistant gets you ready in a few clicks.
Tickets & quotas
Create as many ticket types as you like — main tickets (required) and optional add-ons, each with per-role visibility (main guest/companion) and a maximum quantity per guest. Quotas are reserved live during registration (a cart with a countdown) so nobody ends up facing a sold-out ticket after filling everything in.
Guests & import
Manage guests individually, from the tenant-wide address book or via CSV import. The import recognizes columns like name, email, language, role and ticket assignment — and can take over external ticket codes when ticketYoo is used only for check-in. Companions and sources (which shared link a guest came through) are tracked along the way.
Event page & registration
Design a public event page with custom sections, colors and fonts — including living content like the programme and speakers. Guests register themselves, choose their tickets and bring companions. If you wish, a double opt-in confirms the registration in a legally sound way; personal links show every guest their own pre-filled view.
Registration record (DOI proof)
For every online registration, ticketYoo automatically creates a legally sound record as proof of consent. Per guest it captures what was provided, which consents were given on the basis of which legal texts (in exactly the version shown to the guest) and which networking options were chosen — each with a timestamp and an IP address anonymized for data minimization. With double opt-in this proves the time of confirmation. The record sits as a block in the DOI confirmation email and can also be added to any event email, so every guest receives their own personalized proof.
Payment & invoices
Enable payment methods per event such as prepayment, invoice or online payment. With prepayment, tickets are only delivered once payment arrives. Invoices are created automatically and in an audit-proof way, with their own number range and an immutable record — per order.
Check-in & badges
Scan tickets via the app — atomically protected against double entry and for several operators at once. You can define which tickets are valid per station, and guests can be rebooked on site. Name badges are designed in a designer and printed automatically on check-in (Brother, Zebra or A4). Works for events on a third-party ticketing system, too.
Mailings
Send invitations, confirmations and campaigns from your own sender (your own domain with SPF/DKIM or your own SMTP server). You build emails from blocks with a header image, buttons and personalization — responsive and Outlook-proof. Triggered campaigns send mails automatically, e.g. a few minutes after sign-up; wallet tickets land straight in the phone.
Guest app & lead networking
Your guests carry tickets, wallet passes and event info in one app, connect via QR lead scan (with a notes feature) and chat with each other — all GDPR-compliant with mutual consent. Anyone who prefers no app keeps using tickets and the event page in the browser.
Live statistics & exports
Track registrations, RSVPs and the check-in rate in real time and see which sources your guests came through. Compose exports freely from any fields (CSV/Excel). Share time-limited guest-list views in a targeted way — e.g. just the headcount for the caterer or the arrivals list for the shuttle service.
Team & roles
Collaborate with your team and assign roles per event: check-in only, guest list or full editing. That way door staff get exactly the rights they need — without access to everything else.
Integration (API & SSO)
ticketYoo is open: a token-based REST API and webhooks connect the address book, events and guests to your systems. Single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID logs employees in with their company account, and an iCal feed brings dates into Apple, Google or Outlook.
Privacy & security
ticketYoo is hosted in Germany and ISO 27001 certified. Files and sensitive data are encrypted with AES-256, only technically necessary cookies are used (no tracking), and you conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) online. Networking requires mutual consent with per-scan revocation.
