What's new?

We keep improving ticketYoo — often driven by our customers' requests. Here are the latest shipped features, straight from our roadmap.

Speaker portal

June 2026

Propose a substitute

If a guest can't make it, they can provide the details of a substitute when declining. The substitute then receives an invitation and can register. They are marked as a substitute and keep the relation to the original guest.

June 2026

Ticket setting: check-in times

Each ticket can define when it may be checked in — a fixed time or relative to the event time.

June 2026

Reporting process

A process for reporting unlawful content on the event page.

June 2026

Speaker access

Speakers get (read-only) access to their talks and can see the guests who booked them.

June 2026

Waiting queue for high demand

Activate a waiting queue when demand for an event is high — including dynamic move-up.

June 2026

Membership / loyalty card function

Every contact gets a QR code. They show it at an event, and the contact automatically becomes a guest of that event and is checked in with a standard ticket. You enable this per event and can set how many people may be booked in this way in total and how often the same contact may. A typical use case is a culture pass that can be issued for museum visits and the like. Individual locations (museum, open-air pool, etc.) can have several events, so you can set a separate limit per location. Detailed statistics round it off.

June 2026

Queue enhancements

Automatic move-up.
