No data island — two-way & in real time

Your CRM stays the source of truth — ticketYoo feeds in and reports back.

Sync contacts

New & changed CRM contacts land automatically in the ticketYoo address book — without duplicates, via upsert on the CRM ID.

Push status back

As soon as a guest checks in, your CRM knows — via a signed webhook (guest.checked_in / checked_out).

Invite segments

A CRM segment as event guests in one go — via the bulk endpoint (up to 5,000 per call).

Create events

Event created in your CRM? ticketYoo creates the matching event automatically — including a default ticket.

Works with

CiviCRM · Microsoft Dynamics · HubSpot · Salesforce

… and any CRM with an API. Wired up via n8n, Make, Zapier — or any tool that speaks HTTP/webhooks.

To be honest: the connection runs through an automation tool (n8n, Make or Zapier) and is set up once by your IT partner — not a zero-click connector. Self-hosted CRMs behind a firewall (e.g. CiviCRM on-premise) need a reachable middleware inside the network. It requires the public API plugin; the DPA/GDPR for the data flow into the CRM is the customer's responsibility.
