Open API docs ↗To be honest: the connection runs through an automation tool (n8n, Make or Zapier) and is set up once by your IT partner — not a zero-click connector. Self-hosted CRMs behind a firewall (e.g. CiviCRM on-premise) need a reachable middleware inside the network. It requires the public API plugin; the DPA/GDPR for the data flow into the CRM is the customer's responsibility.
