Getting started is free, without a credit card: in test mode you can try everything (up to 50 test registrations; tickets, name badges and certificates are marked “Sample”). Free events cost €0.90 per guest including check-in and name badge, €0.60 from 201 guests, €0.40 from 1,001 guests. Paid events: 3% of the ticket price, at least €0.90 and at most €5 per ticket. Participant certificates €0.50 each. Two team members are free, each additional member costs €3.50 per month; 25 MB of storage are included, each additional 100 MB package costs €2.50 per month. Yes — hosted in Germany, AES-256 encryption, ticketYoo itself sets only technically necessary cookies (no ad tracking), an online data processing agreement, mutual consent for networking and a dedicated data-subject access export (Art. 15/20). ISO 27001 certified. Optional conversion tracking can be enabled per event, consent-based. Attacks are detected and reported with IP addresses stored only as a daily pseudonym; vulnerabilities can be reported per RFC 9116 via security.txt to cybersec@codepiraten.com.
Yes. Bugshell, an independent provider, carried out a penetration test in 2026. We fixed all findings and had the tester verify the fixes; the seal can be verified publicly.
Partly — and we say openly where gaps remain. Guests adjust contrast, font size and motion themselves; the event page and registration form work with the keyboard and are labelled for screen readers; the seating plan is also available as a list with “suggest best seats” plus wheelchair and companion seats. A test with a real screen reader and an external WCAG audit are still pending, and not all guest pages have been checked yet.
Yes. With the free team registration & tournaments module, guests found a team while registering or join by link or code; the captain manages the roster. Per tournament you set team size and starting places, with a team waiting list and an entry fee per team or per player. Spectators and party guests register for the same event. Schedules and results stay in your tournament tool (e.g. Tournify); you hand over the teams by copy, Excel or API.
