Dynamic registration form

A freely configurable registration form with exactly the fields your event needs — including if-then conditions (fields, entire sections and tickets only appear when they apply to the guest), “parents register their children” (with details per child) and a seating plan with seat selection.

ticketYoo is a data processor: the guest and contact data belongs to you, the organizer. We process it solely on your behalf, never pass it on and never analyze it across teams. You can export or delete it at any time — hosted in Germany (EU).

AES-256 encryption

Files and sensitive data — including guest photos — are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM (keys via PBKDF2).

2FA & access control

What is ticketYoo?

How much does ticketYoo cost?

Getting started is free, without a credit card. Paid events are billed via a fair ticket-price tier, free events via guest count. Exact calculation in the pricing calculator.

Does ticketYoo support international invoicing and reverse charge?

Yes. Via configurable tax rules ticketYoo maps cross-border sales correctly — reverse charge with VAT-ID check (VIES), place of supply, OSS and e-invoicing. Details on the tickets & invoices page (not tax advice).

Can I use ticketYoo with my existing ticketing system?

Yes. You can import ticket codes from another system and use ticketYoo just for check-in, badge printing, on-site registration and the guest app — without switching systems.

Is ticketYoo GDPR-compliant?

Yes — hosted in Germany, AES-256 encryption, only technically necessary cookies, an online data processing agreement and mutual consent for networking. ISO 27001 certified.

What kind of events is ticketYoo for?

For almost any guest event — from trade fairs and conferences to company events. Modules can be used individually or as a complete package.

Can I use ticketYoo for holiday camps and courses?

Yes. Parents register their children in a single flow — with details per child, consents including a signature and payment. More on the camps & courses page.

Can guests book appointments with advisors?

Yes. With the appointment booking module, guests book 1:1 appointments with advisors, exhibitors or speakers — in advance or on site, audience-segmented and with self-service for external advisors. More on the appointment booking page.

How fast is check-in at the entrance?

Very fast: guests are admitted in seconds via QR code or NFC — optionally with automatic name-badge printing (Brother/Zebra) and self-check-in at a terminal against queues. The event check-in app also works offline on weak Wi-Fi. More on the check-in & badges page.

Can exhibitors scan leads at a trade fair?

Yes. Exhibitors and sponsors scan guest contacts by QR code in the guest app, add a note and export the leads — qualified contacts instead of a stack of business cards. That makes your event more attractive for exhibitors. More in the guest app.

Can my team register walk-in guests on site?

Yes. Quick on-site registration is a full-screen form for the front desk: registration form, ticket selection and internal check-in fields in one step, duplicate warning included — optionally checked in right away, marked as paid on site and with a name badge. Companions too. More under check-in.

Is there a box office or door sales?

Yes. With the box office your team sells tickets or seats in the seating plan at the counter — with live occupancy against online buyers —, takes payment at your till and hands over the ticket. Anonymous sales and sales after online booking has closed are possible; whether ticketYoo issues an invoice or your till receipt is the proof is set per event. More under tickets.

Do guests keep using the app after day one?

That's what it's built for: several social walls, a personal agenda, 1:1 chat, live polls, news and push keep guests engaged across the whole event — instead of an app nobody opens on day two. More in the guest app.
