Data ownership
ticketYoo is a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR — you are the controller. Guest, contact and registration data belongs to your authority: we process it solely on your behalf, never pass it to third parties, never use it for our own purposes and never analyze it across tenants or authorities. You can export or delete it at any time — the data processing agreement can be signed online.

The core platform works without US data transfer. Optional services (e.g. online payment, push) involve third parties only if you deliberately enable them — transparently listed in the DPA.
